- NBNanak BiswasDec 17, 20253.0I booked a 7-seater minivan during thanksgiving period from here and booked online 2 weeks in advance of my travel, and they mailed me in 11th hour saying their minivan inventory is out of stock!!. How come that happen and what is the point then to book in so advance. They should have keep my stock or arrange from elsewhere. They gave me option of taking two small car or a over sized truck instead!! They need to understand two car need two drivers not every one liked those jumbo trucks for family travel. Hence I ended up with one car with no compensation or discount even when they said so. When I spoked to them and saying I can come early to discuss about the issue for a solution, and I showed up early, they charged me 1 hour extra of my original booking even when the fault was from their side. This is not acceptable. I just use this location because its near to my home. Very honestly they have very limited stock and never give a car that is displayed mentioned online. Last time also they messed I up with my booking when I booked a compact SUV and they provided me a uncomfortable Bronco. I booked one mid size SUV for week long Christmas trip again for final to see if they are like that, else will avoid this location.

- KTKristin TNov 29, 20255.0I was helped mainly by Ryan but Vivian was great too when I spoke with her on the phone. Ryan is a sweetheart. He was courteous, friendly and attentive. This has become very much my favorite place to get a rental car now. They seem to really care about their work and they were a lot friendlier and easier to pick up from than an airport rental agency.

Or Thomas?.. please correct me as he deserves recognition) were very helpful and welcoming throughout the entire process from pickup to drop off. They were all friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine throughout my experience. They greeted me even while helping other customers and offered me water. Vivian offered a couple of options that were within the vehicle class I requested. She asked me what my vehicle preferences were and if there were any specific features I needed. She was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my needs. The car I received was in good condition and as advertised. Despite being further from me, I’ll definitely return to this branch because the people here were so great!
