  Wash excellent. Julie very nice. You have 300 locations, I didn’t realize you were so successful. I would always have the vacuum running at no additional cost. The Sprinter Van is popular. car-van washes should account it

  This place used to be the best in the entire Bay Area not long ago, but lately it’s really gone downhill. They’re taking on more business than they can handle, and they close the line multiple times a day, which makes it feel like I’m being taken advantage of,especially since I pay monthly for an unlimited wash plan. On top of that, the windshield brush hasn’t been working for months, the air blowers are often out of service, and the vacuum machines are taped off and unusable. At this point, the only thing that still works perfectly is charging my credit card on payment day.

  This is the worst car wash in the entire U.S. The owners are incredibly greedy; they bought a franchise and installed pay-per-use vacuums—$5 for 5 minutes—even though *everywhere else* vacuums are free! They should have their franchise revoked and given to competent businesspeople, rather than to these guys who constantly have broken equipment and nothing works—and who, on top of that, charge for a vacuum cleaner that is free everywhere else in the country! They can't even manage to provide clean wash cloths for the cars. 🤣
