When I reported the damage, the staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping or offering a solution, they acted like it wasn’t their problem. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone who cares about their vehicle.

- GGgicdaveJan 7, 20262.0I prefer to use the SSF location and the equipment is better maintained and is working much more often when I got about 2-3 times per week. I have tried to contact the manager at Millbrae via their 800 number but no calls back. They cannot seem to keep the equipment working, particularly the rotating brush that goes over your hood, windshield and roof, etc.. At least one of them is almost ALWAYS broken and they don't tell you when you pull in and you pay for a car wash without washing the top surfaces of your car very well, just soap and water sprayed on and no brushing. They don't seem to record when a brush is down, just when a tunnel is completely down when I call. Have called a number of times and it does not get better. I like the monthly service but really don't understand why they cannot keep the equipment working properly a higher percentage of the time. If the brushes are not working, they should close that tunnel, if the Manager cannot find the resources to keep the equipment working well, that's another problem. Hate to write a negative review but calling over and over does not work. Went today and the upper brushes on both tunnels were down again.
