  This is the fifth time I’ve had to update my review, and it has finally dropped from 5 stars to just 1. This place has become a total waste of time. ​Last night, I washed my car here, and it was a disaster—the car came out dirty and covered in soap residue. To make matters worse, I showed up today at 12:00 PM only to find the place closed for no apparent reason. There were no signs, no explanations, and they didn't even bother to update their status on the app. ​I pay over $161 a month, yet the experience is consistently terrible: ​Faulty Equipment: The machines don't work properly; the car stays wet and dirty. ​Maintenance Issues: Air pumps are weak or broken, and the vacuums (which we actually have to pay for here) often take money without working. ​Towel Crisis: The towels are either wet, dirty, or unavailable because people take more than they need. ​Management Failure: There is a severe lack of staff, and non-members often clog the detailing area without even paying for a wash, causing huge delays for paying members. ​The staff themselves are respectful and deserve 5 stars, but the management is failing them and us. Honestly, at this point, this location causes more traffic jams and headaches than it provides service. It’s not just about fixing it anymore; if they can't manage it properly, it should be closed. It is absolutely not worth the monthly membership anymore.

  This car wash pulled my rear wiper blade, broke it and bent the arm. Had to take in for a full day service visit and pay for the repair.

  I come here all the time , love the membership. Everyone is very nice. I spoke with Ray super nice and helpful , wish they just had more spots for cleaning the cars
