- KDKate DopheideDec 28, 20244.0This was our 1st experience charging our electric rental car. I called before we charged to understand how it works and the customer service rep was helpful. The 1st charger (Mattson) we plugged into didn't work. We moved the car to the next charger (Rose) and that charged right up. We were about 50% battery and it took about a 1/2 hr to get to 93%. Overall a good experience, can't really compare the cost since this was our 1st and only time for now. There is a 1 time 'session fee' of $2.99 if you don't create an account.
