- JTJanice TomitaMar 18, 20261.0Recently, rented a Mitsubishi car for 2 weeks. On the fourth day, the automobile registered "low engine oil" on a drive in the evening to Petaluma. At the same time, the temperature gauge, was rising. Stopped at a gas station. Put 3 quarts of oil and it still registered below the bottom line. It was negligence on the part of Enterprise Rent-A-Car and felt that my safety had been jeopardized due to poor maintainance. Fortunately, the car did not stop and I was able to get to a gas station. Also, went to FastTrak to register the car temporarily on my Fast Trak account. FastTrak stated it was not a registered license and would not take the license. Due to my poor experience, returned the car the following day. Was given some compensation, however, felt the rental needed to be given complementary since it was apparent, the car had not been serviced in some time.

No hidden extras . Such a shame that their sister company in Europe (Eurocar) can’t give the same quality of service. Appreciated the lift back to our so sons house 10 minutes away.

The whole team at Mill Valley Enterprise was super helpful and kind. I couldn't get in touch with my service manager at the dealership for answers, so they reached out for me with their contacts, matched their partnership pricing, and reached out kindly, every time it was necessary. They are in a tiny, but convenient lot behind Safeway and I'll always use them after this!
