- CVC VeeMar 8, 20254.0I’ve been on a roller coaster with Intoxalock and their device equipment has failed me putting me in predicaments, but I have recently had the pleasure of talking to a specialist about my issues and he was quick and responsive to resolve my issues. He patiently gave me his undivided attention and was able to have new equipment sent to this location so I can have it replaced. They were able to do it within 2 hours or less.

Installer is very nice and professional. My problem is with Intoxalock the company.. not with Wonder Car the installation shop. Very long wait to talk to someone on the phone. Locked out two times. Can't fathom why though. Can't help wonder whether Intoxalock is trying to get more fees.
