I was asked if I could be put on hold for a “brief moment.” Over 10 minutes later I hung up. Being willing to give them another chance and thinking whatever it was that took them so long had likely passed, I called back. Different voice, same request. When I told them they literally just had me on hold (I didn’t say “yes”) for over 10 minutes, there was no response. I just got put on hold again. After ANOTHER 10+ minutes I hung up and called O’Rileys. Not professional at all.
