Disappointed with my visit to AutoZone. I came in expecting quick help, but instead I was met with long wait times and employees who didn’t seem knowledgeable about basic parts. I had to figure things out on my own, which defeats the purpose of going to a store for assistance. The store also felt disorganized, making it harder to find what I needed. Overall, not a great experience and I’ll likely shop elsewhere next time.
I had a really disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. The staff seemed uninterested in helping and came across as rude when I asked a simple question about a part I needed. I ended up waiting far longer than expected while employees stood around chatting instead of assisting customers.

I dont usually leave reviews but this is the 3rd time I’ve been in here and the service is terrible. This store is ran by a bunch of teenagers who have never touched a car or learned manners. Need to check one of those managers, not everyone will be polite as me. Go to Main St
The workers here were a huge help with charging and checking the health of my car battery. They helped take it out of my car, charged it in the store, and showed me the diagnostics check that they ran on it afterwards. The guy helping me let me know that I had a bad battery which would no longer charge to full capacity, and was very clear in the explanation, and letting me know what my options were. He showed me the different price ranges for purchasing a new battery with them, and it seems they have a pretty good warranty policy on them (3 year warranty if you go with the ~$200 models), but he wasn’t pushy about me making a purchase right then and there. I’ve also been to the store to purchase various parts in the last couple years, and they always help make the process very simple and stress free.
