  I have been to this location twice already. Everyone is always helpful and informative. They show you what you need and there's no pressure on HAVING to get it done there. They just let you know in case you'd like to. They give you options. The service is fast even though the line is usually long but that's because I have always came at a busy time. Highly recommend coming here, especially if you have social anxiety and need to get car maintenance done. They also fill the air in your tires and your washer fluid for the windows. Which is a plus because I also needed that done.

  It’s an early Sunday start for me usually I’d stay home but decided an oil change was needed. Brought my 1500 eco to Valvoline and both Richard and Ray got to me in mins. Easy, budget friendly and they will help you find what future repairs are recommended for your vehicles make and model. Overall great service and experience with Menifee Valvoline. Look forward to future services as finding good mechanics isn’t easy. Thank you

  I had my oil changed n the young man seemed confused when checking my oil… This was done on 3/23/26. I have driven to Reno since oil change and my check engine light came on. It went off 2 days afterwards.. So today my husband checked my oil due to my car driving strangely like shaking and it barely read the oil stick!!! No oil!!! What happened? Went back to Valvoline and lines were long and the manager said I had to wait in that line!! Uhhh no!! So went to buy more oil n put it in myself!!!!

  Staff here is always professional, friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. I ask a lot of questions and they always take the time to thoroughly explain everything. I always have my dog with me when I get an oil change at Valvoline because we can stay in the car. He loves watching them through the whole process, but really I think he loves the treats that they give him the most!

  I was pleased to see more technicians getting a head star working on vehicles not in bays to keep the workflow and vehicles moving in and out on a consistent basis. Means a lot because I had to pickup kids from afterschool program shortly after. Impressed with the great customer service and time management! Although air filters are overpriced, Keep up the great work!
