- RRRafael RoblesFeb 23, 20261.0Came to get a wash after the rain. My truck wasn’t even crazy dirty but the wash wasn’t able to get light dirt off. The photos I attached are post wash. Mind you I don’t live on dirt roads or anything. This was just from the previous week of rain. On top of that, the price was more than other car wash’s in the area and they didn’t even have drying rags like the other car wash’s. They have a vending machine with a small kit (very small). I want to support this car wash but in my opinion it sucks. The staff was nice.

Only thing that would get full 5 stars would be if they added an air hose to push any left over water from the fans off the vehicle. Other than that, this place is great!

When I brought it to the manager, Landon’s attention he stated that my car was damaged before I went into the car wash and then refused to send the pictures over stating “I need to put a circle around the damage so you can see it better” then hanging up on me multiple times. I have still yet to receive any emails of the photos of the damages as he said when I entered the car wash edited or not. This place is shady… I signed up in San Jacinto and turns out it’s different owners. So BEWARE of this location specifically!!! I wanted to update, even though these scratches seem minimal, it is $1800 worth of damages to my vehicle I purchased in September. In addition to the $600 I had to pay on a rental car. This became a very expensive fix during the holidays… and I have still yet to receive the images of the damage that was supposedly there before I went in
