- LLLinDec 24, 20251.0Was in there 12/23/2025 at around 6:30 pm. Not one customer was in there. I just needed help finding the right car mats so asked the young man at the desk if he could help me. He basically was condescending and told me they are all universal (they are not) and wouldn’t help me. I just bought a random one and of course it doesn’t fit. If employees continue to treat customers that way your store will close (it wasn’t the gentleman with one arm). He definitely needs some coaching with customer service.
