- APAndrea PimentelApr 6, 20261.0I had a really disappointing experience at this Sinclair location. I stopped by around 5:30 AM since it’s one of the few stores open early and purchased a BodyArmor drink before heading to work. Later during my lunch break, I opened the drink and immediately noticed it tasted awful, like apple cider vinegar. It was clearly expired. I tried to find the expiration date on the bottle but couldn’t locate it anywhere, which was already concerning. After my shift, I returned to the store hoping for a simple refund or replacement. Unfortunately, the cashier refused to help and said there was nothing he could do. He even insisted the drink wasn’t expired, despite the obvious taste. It was frustrating because I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just a replacement for a product that was clearly not good. I usually find expired or opened products and am polite enough to bring them up to the counter. Customer service should be better, especially when it comes to product quality and safety. Overall, very disappointing experience.
