  Terrible service. They cancelled a car reservation I made on the day I was supposed to pick it up as I was hopping on a flight to get there. They overbooked. I asked if they could arrange an uber or taxi just as a courtesy. But the manager, Jake, gave me a flat no.

  Enterprise continues to provide excellent customer service. Evan did an awesome job getting me into a perfect midsize SUV for my 10 day trip to the Redwoods and Pacific coast. The vehicle was clean and performed well. The pick-up and return at Arcata airport went smoothly and efficiently. Thanks again Evan for going above and beyond
