  Arrived Saturday afternoon and after a 20min wait in line we were told they were out of cars. We had a Costco reservation and were confused as to what happened. Apparently the system allowed folks to book cars even after all inventory was booked. The two reps, Abel and Chloe noted that folks would be returning cars soon and sure enough they were right. A new Jeep (800 miles in it) was quickly washed and they handed us the keys within 30min. Big relief for us and well handled by them.

  Joshua R was unbelievably helpful & accommodating. After an unexpected and stressful flight cancellation he went above & beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He could not have provided better service.
