  Love National Car Rental! The Emerald Aisle is awesome by allowing me the freedom to pick the car I want & color I want. I can check the seat height and comfort. It makes a big difference.

  Many errors made- TERRIBLE COMPANY , with awful customer service. This company charged me for the small rental car three times! June 13,14,15 2026 118. ( the car was to be rented ONE DAY, it was returned perfect condition with no damage and full tank of gas) they didn’t return my deposit when I returned the car! That’s 400$ They said they took the car fee out of the deposit , u paid for the car on the 13th before I got the keys, then they charged me AGAIN AS I RETURNED THE CAR, and again the next day!! Our family had to reschedule flights! This company took over 600.00$ from a family with kids and I was crying at the desk explaining how we rent cars all the time no problems and this is a huge set back. Vansha the manager didn’t care, brushed off their errors and told me it might be in my account in 5/7 days : then they charged me for a car again the following day! They have refused to return my calls and voicemails and now I have to dispute these charges through the credit card company. Who I also called and they said yes this people charged you for the car three times ( I recorded the call and sent it to VANSHA , and still no help, or call backs) We couldn’t use our credit cards because of the error. We couldn’t fly , we were treated horribly. Do NOT WVER RENT A CAR WITH NATIONAL RENTAL
