- JPJane PJun 17, 20265.0These guys (John and another 2 guys whos names i didnt catch) at the Sterling Lyon location really went above and beyond to help me today. They ultimately couldnt change the oil becuase the last oil change (somewhere else) made it impossible for them to drain the oil pan. They were extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and kindly didnt charge me to top up some fluids that I didnt even realize were leaking (coolant and power steering fluid). This made it possible for me to get home and call a tow truck to take it in for repairs. Repairs that John and his coworkers identified today while I was there. I could not have asked for better service! Highly recommend. They didnt get business from me today but definitely will in the future.

It didn't work the first way and I said 'don't worry about it...maybe I just need to get in touch with the dealership'. He googled more options and then walked me through that too..and it worked. So wonderful!!!
