  Just to give an update on damaged oil pan They ASKED me to email them as they are looking into the issue. FOR THE 3rd TIME NO RESPONSE!!!

  Terrible customer service My truck has had an aftermarket skid plate for 8 years, no one has ever had to remove the entire plate. Today because they can’t figured out how to do the oil change using only the small access plate ( small it’s 12 x 6 inch ). So I left with out getting my oil change Then I went to Mr lube where they had no problem changing my oil using the small access plate.

  I've been there in two different occasions. The first time the broke my oil dip-stick. Could have been faulty i dunno for certain but the have spares and replaced it with one from another model it was close enough in length so I let it go, things happen. But the second time they broke my air filter housing because they didn't know how to unfasten and said it's common with these old cars. Granted my car was eight years old, but it's been perfectly fine for eight years and really pushed the narrative that it wasn't their fault. I asked them if they are suggesting it's the cars fault itself. I did not leave I got it and started recording. And redirected an email that they had ordered a new housing for it and were ready to install it. They needed up but they rectified the problem and took accountability. I appreciate it
