  This place is truly outstanding. The staff are exceptionally efficient and courteous, consistently going above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else.

  usually I do all my own oil changes, but my vehicle all of a sudden was due for an oil change mid winter, so decided to go here, this was Feb of 2026, fast forward May 2026 I was doing some transmission oil change, and low and behold the drain bolt wasn't torqued properly my bottom cover was completed covered in engine oil, everything was a mess! on top of missing two screws to hold the bottom plate cover, I always do my own oil change so I know for a fact last time I did my oil change before bringing this to them, it was very clean underneath there, and all my screws for my bottom plate were all there. such a big disappointment, even if you give a free oil change I will never comeback! I can't believe something even so simple, you guys could mess up. I should have read the reviews seems like a common occurrence. it was unfortunate that it happened to me, don't you guys have a senior mechanic that goes thru each and everyjob and makes sure that things are proper before letting the customer leave, like a checklist to double check before things leave the shop? so unfortunate, now I have completely lost my trust in you guys.

  Last time I went for an oil change, all the guy did was complain about how my vehicle has a CVT transmission and that I should’ve never bought it. I sat and listened to his recommendations on vehicles that will last longer and ones that are better than mine. They also complained about my skid steer plate & how much work it was to put back on. They forgot to mention that they spilled oil all over my engine which led to my vehicle being in the shop for a week. Another issue I had was the guy did not allow me turn my lights on & off he constantly put his hand through my window to do it himself, I am very capable doing it myself. I will never be back to this location, they do not care if they cause issues to your vehicle.
