  Here’s a shorter, more Google-style version you can post: I visited Great Canadian Oil Change for an oil change and the experience was mixed. The service seemed fine at first, but later we found that some fluids, including transmission and windshield washer fluid, had not been topped up as expected. I also had difficulty understanding some of the explanations given at the time. When we returned to discuss it, the interaction felt a bit standoffish. Overall, I left feeling unsure about the completeness of the service.

  Edit: Thanks gentlemen! I have changed my rating to 5 stars because: 1. The Manager of the outlet called me and explained to me why the goof-up happened. He assured me it will not repeat in the future. 2. The customer care fully reimbursed me for the discount. Original Review: I took my car to Pembina Highway, Winnipeg location for oil change yesterday (I am a regular customer of the Great Canadian Oil Change). Based on the coupon that I had received earlier, I was expecting a $20.00 discount on the oil change. However, the Manager at the location told me that the system rejected the coupon as "invalid"! How can the Company send a coupon offering discount, only to be rejected at the outlet as "invalid"?! This is rather unprofessional, to say the least.

  Perfection. This is the gold standard in drive-up automotive service. Joseph, the Manager, and his team were professional, courteous, and truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment you arrive, they greet you promptly, confirm your service requirements, provide an accurate estimate of the expected wait time, and carefully guide you into the service bay when it is your turn. This visit was especially important to me, as it was the first oil change for my prized sports car. Joseph and his team immediately put me at ease by walking me through every aspect of the service in detail. They confirmed that they had the correct oil filter in stock, warranty-compliant premium synthetic performance oil, and a replacement drain plug crush washer. They also demonstrated confidence and expertise in removing and reinstalling the large front underbody skid plate. In addition, they proactively advised me that they did not have replacement air intake filters for my vehicle. I advised however, that my current filters were still in excellent condition and did not yet require replacement. Before beginning the service, they carefully reviewed all work to be performed to ensure I was fully informed and that nothing was overlooked. Throughout the service, I remained comfortably seated in my vehicle and was courteously updated at each stage of the process. Once the work was completed, they provided a thorough summary of everything that had been done, along with recommendations for future maintenance to help ensure compliance with my vehicle’s warranty requirements. A benchmark performance in customer service and professionalism. Outstanding work, Great Canadian Oil Change on Pembina Highway! Thank you! I will definitely be back! 💪😁👍💯
