  Today was my first oil change ever as a first time car owner. I was quite nervous about coming into a shop as I wasn't sure what to expect, and if there would potentially be pressure to purchase services outside of my intended purpose today, which was simply an oil change. Instead, the gentlemen at this location were professional, kind, and quick to perform a quality oil change service on my car. They were concise and guided me through this process, showing me the prices for the specific oil my vehicle takes and even automatically applied coupons from their site when I had asked if they had any available coupons. They did a routine check up on my air filters, and were honest about the condition of the air filters, telling me that for my specific service check there was nothing wrong with the condition of the filters and that they do not look bad. They had offered to check my cabin filters as well. They suggested and offered to check the air filters and tire pressure without trying to goad me into extra services and fees not within my budget or timeline, which I sincerely appreciate! The gentlemen there also reset the oil service reminder on my dash, and immediately sent an email invoice and handed me a printed recipt of my service, with the routine oil filter sticker indicating when my next change would be. If you are looking forward to your first oil change I highly recommend this location! It was an exceptional experience and I will be coming back here for future oil changes!

  Best experience ive ever had getting an oil change. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service and the price. RZ was amazing to work with! Definitely recommend coming here

  This place over tightened my oil filter that made it impossible to remove! I had to pay for a mechanic to remove 😠

  They offer 20 bucks off for tire change over, end up finding out they can't lift certain vehicles due to their set up. If your goal is only to do oil changes then say that. Was a complete waste of my time and cannot fulfill basic needs. Definitely not "The Great Canadian Oil Change", losing customers after only being open for 9 months is not the way to go through life. Management shakeup is needed here, yes that means you head office.

  It is your vehicle. Do your due diligence and watch. I came in for a transmission flush and watched transmission additive put into my motor valve cover. I demanded an oil change they said okay sorry but oil filter not needed to change. I said a new oil filter too and got it. University student with very minimal training. Trany did get done
