  I drove in from out of town & unfortunately had an emergency, unexpected tow. From the moment I called in a panic, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly accommodating. They quickly diagnosed the issue and had my vehicle repaired the very same day—within just a few hours—which was a huge relief during a stressful situation. The staff kept me informed throughout the process and made everything feel straightforward and manageable. It’s not often you find this level of prompt service combined with genuine care for the customer. I’m extremely grateful for how quickly they got my issue fixed. Highly recommend Fountain Tire Regent to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient service!

  I had my car’s A/C repaired here, paid in full, and the system stopped working again almost immediately. I was away on a trip and couldn’t bring it back right away, but when I returned and took it in, instead of standing behind their work, I was told I would have to **pay again just for them to check why their repair failed**. There was no willingness to verify their previous work under any kind of warranty. They refused to address the issue because it had been a year, claiming A/C systems need to be fixed annually for 390$ (what?!). That’s not a reasonable expectation for a properly completed repair, especially when the issue started right after the initial service. Being asked to pay $390 just for another A/C service, after already paying $370 for a repair that didn’t last, is very difficult to justify. No one should have to get their A/C fixed every year at this price. If a repair fails this quickly and the shop won’t even inspect it without charging again, that’s a serious concern. At minimum, I expected them to recheck the issue before discussing additional costs. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing. Communication felt dismissive, demeaning and unhelpful when I raised concerns. Based on this experience, I would not return. Do yourself a favour and get a repair place willing to stand behind their work. This was fountain tire on regent
