Shout out to Abrar at the rental desk! Give that man a promotion! He explained everything clearly, offered condolences when I mentioned I was in town for a funeral, and was funny and friendly without being condescending. He was happy to answer all my questions. Very patient and friendly desk staff. I felt well supported and cared for (not something I ever thought I would say about a rental car place!) I had requested a base model SUV but they had rented them all. No problem though, because they upgraded me to a Mercedes Benz at the same price. It was a joy to drive, the car was immaculate, and it felt nice to be able to drive my elderly relatives around in an upscale vehicle. Thank you for everything this week, Winnipeg Airport Enterprise!

My rental experience was very good. The check-in was quick, the car worked well with no issues and the key drop off was flawless at the airport very early. I would rent from here again. .

Either make sure that every vehicle that you rent has a copy of the registration & insurance information in the glove box, or send the renter a separate e-mail specifically explaining the legal reason that those papers are not in the vehicle. Please do this before the renter picks up the vehicle that they are renting.

We had an outstanding experience with Enterprise at Winnipeg International Airport. Jeremy went above and beyond before our arrival to help coordinate our reservation and find the vehicle we were hoping for. Although we missed him when we picked it up, Pavel took excellent care of us and made sure we drove away in the Mustang. The car truly made our holiday memorable, but it was the exceptional service from Jeremy and Pavel that made the entire experience stand out. Their communication, professionalism and genuine desire to help were first-class. I would highly recommend this Enterprise location and will absolutely use them again. Thank you both!
