- PPPKJul 27, 20261.0I have a hail damage claim. Arranged a rental from the body shop. I arrived at the shop at 3:20. 2 gentlemen at the body shop were trying to call enterprise to have a car brought over to me. They were on hold long enough for the calls to be dropped. I walked home and now need to find alternate transportation to get to work while my vehicle is being fixed. Didn’t want the body shop to take a guy off a job to drive me home. Disappointed as I pay for loss of use, and can’t even get a car from this location. I even called last week to the body shop to confirm that the rental was arranged by them and I did not need to worry about it.

Driving a Toyota Camry was a new experience for me, especially since I'm a new driver. These professional guys will help you find the right car and deliver it to your destination. Special thanks to a very kind guy named Doan for not abandoning me in the rain and driving me to my destination after dropping off the car.
