- DMDiane MacDonaldSep 29, 20265.0I picked up the car on time and the return and refund of my deposit went smoothly. The instructions and terms of the contract were plain to understand and the staff were very kind, courteous and very knowledgeable! Good price too! 👍
- CCCamSep 10, 20261.0Second chances don't come often, and Enterprise you blew it AGAIN! Late after verifying the time,, sent a reckless driver for pick up to drive to your location making me even later, when in the past all paperwork was done at the autobody shop. I have requested Boyd no longer uses you as a rental agency moving forward. Sadly, I can't give a less than 1 star rating!
- BBBlueCatSep 9, 20265.0Hidden gem in Elmwood if you need a car rental! Exceptional customer service - great communication throughout our rental! If you want a seamless experience, get your rental car here.
- HMHugh MunsonAug 28, 20265.0I got upgraded to small SUV and it was fantastic. Great customer service and friendly people.
- DDDiannaGAug 25, 20264.0Staff at the pickup location was friendly and answered all questions. Vehicle was decent although the seats were very uncomfortable for the long drive we took. Would likely rent from them again but would choose a different vehicle for a long road Renting was a breeze
