  Edit: I will give 3 stars for the apology about a mix up of vehicles. And lots of Kudos for Kim for looking into this. If I could give Kim - this individual… I would absolutely give her 5 stars! ————————————— -1 star for the making my partner frazzled and making my evening a terrible evening! -1 star for the tentative sounding apology. ———————————— Review: Be very careful when you rent from there. We rented from here and we noticed a damage on the car when we were driving in the highway and we didn’t want to turn back so we called in and said there’s damage on the windshield, they said they were aware of the damage. Now the manager and the lady deny there was even a phone call even though we have a picture of the windshield and the phone call. On top of that.. this was suppose to be an upgraded vehicle! They probably just wanted to scam us into paying for the windshield.

  The Team Members performed their duties very professionally and with high hospitality!! Enterprise is my “go to”… the price was also very competitive!!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5! I’ve rented vehicles many times, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. The entire team was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and stress-free. A special thank you to Mariam, who went above and beyond with her outstanding customer service. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and made sure everything was taken care of from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I will definitely be returning for future rentals and highly recommend this location. Thanks again to Mariam and the whole team for an amazing experience!
