- MCM.D, Cayen6 days ago5.0A little more than 2 months ago, I needed to rent a vehicle because my car was in the shop for repairs after an accident. Enterprise was very helpful. The representatives were helpful, respectful, knowledgeable and very friendly. My rental had to be extended several times because of repair delays due to parts coming from the USA. Enterprise representatives were always pleasant and very helpful. I would not hesitate to rent a vehicle from them again and I would recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental.

- JAJ AntazoSep 10, 20265.0Downtown location is busy but we are okay to wait since all of the staff is nice to us and very apologetic for the wait. They provided us. Mini van which my kids love love love! They are super happy with the comfort ride and spacious option that they gave to us. I called almost at the end of our trip and told them that we needed to extend due to family emergency. They did the extension for me in less than 5mins. Smooth transaction.
- EAeman allieuSep 8, 20264.0I rented a vehicle from here last long weekend (labor day), I was there on a Saturday and it was a really busy day. Unfortunately there was only one representative - Juan Moreno. Juan did an excellent job communicate to all clients, greeting everyone and making sure people were informed on timelines etc., Highly recommended.
- AGarsisadin gobenaSep 4, 20261.0Juan guy was shit and terrible. No English and very rude. They told me they have a car to rent when I was there car wasn’t there, it was matter of 1 hour. The Indian guy that was there was jumping in and talking mad shit. The girl was the manager I spoke with also Indian girl was like robot reacting same thing over and over again. It was like talking too 2000 years AI. Worst place to rent from, I was trying to give zero but not available
