    I had a great experience with Enterprise! The service was quick, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The staff were very helpful and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The car was clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Everything went smoothly, and I was very happy with the service I received.     The rental office had a heavy cologne odor that irritated my emphysema. The rental car had a much stronger odor, that wouldn't go away even with all windows open and the fan blowing. Perhaps it was a chemical cleaning agent, that irritated my eyes and made me feel like I might vomit. I pulled over into a parking lot and called Enterprise but all they asked me to do was return it in during heavy traffic. Since I was closer to home and feeling so sick I just came home. Needless to say I can't use the rental car to go anywhere. It was a total waste of time and money.
