  Had a great experience with a staff named Mohamad Kareem Fallaha. I needed a rental through an insurance claim after my car was rear-ended, and despite it being a very busy weekend with limited vehicles available, Kareem took the time to explain everything, answer all my questions, and find a way to accommodate me without a prior reservation. He was patient, professional, understanding, and never made me feel rushed. The assistant manager on site was also helpful. Would love to see Kareem in management position at Enterprise in the future. I would definitely come back to this location for future rentals.

  Its our first time to rent a van.staff is so nice especially howard and I forgot the other guy he has a clean cut curly hair..shout out to the manager i think who refund our deposit so we cant wait the cheque to mail it..we have a amazing experience and my kids is so rested and happy in our triip..see you again guys god bless

  Gave us a car that was smoked in. The driver seat had burn marks on it.

  The whole experience was very disappointing and alarmingly shady. I had an 8:30 rental booked through a nearby autobody shop, but it took until almost 10:00 to leave the lot. I was originally told I would be driving a Bronco, but was then told there was an issue with that vehicle’s tire after hearing the representative promise a Bronco to someone else over the phone. Before taking the new vehicle I did a walk around with a different representative and pointed out damage on the vehicle. He checked the system and said it was documented. The day after I returned the car I received a call claiming I had damaged the vehicle. Fortunately I had taken photos of the damage that showed it still in the lot which proved the damage was pre-existing. Take pictures of any and all vehicle damage before you drive off the lot if you choose to deal with these guys.

  I had 498km in the tank when I received the car. I returned it with well over that. I think 535 or so. Yet they charged me for refueling. Secondly I booked on Expedia for 114 dollars and somehow went up to 210. I returned it at exactly the same time so should only be charged for 2 days. Won’t book with you again. Might actually post a bad review on social media as well. Extremely dissatisfied
