  Had to ask to get class/size of car I was entitled to through MPI’s “loss of use program”. Should have informed me about the process of extension/approval by MPI during repair of my car.

  There was an issue with a crack that appeared in the windshield following my rental (change in weather temperatures, I believe). Upon return of the vehicle, I had a discussion with the Branch manager, Mr. Manan Kumar, who was very kind and gracious in resolving the situation. The entire staff at the Branch were friendly and helpful. I have also found this to be true at ALL the Enterprise locations I have used. That is one of the big reasons why I choose Enterprise every time. Renting and returning a vehicle is quick and easy, and I am always treated well. Thank you.

  It's the team at this location that made this my best experience with Enterprise yet. I'm definitely not going anywhere else—especially not the airport branch. ​I usually reserve a mid-size SUV. Recently, I realized other locations were quietly giving me compact SUVs whenever they ran out of mid-size, without ever letting me know. The team at Waverley was completely transparent. Instead of shoving me into a smaller car, they offered me an option for a larger class—which is exactly how reservations should be handled. ​Both the pickup and drop-off agents were incredibly helpful and nailed the customer experience. Waverley is officially my default location from now on.

  I’ve had a great experience with Enterprise twice, and both rentals were arranged through Boyd Autobody. The service was quick, professional, and hassle free. They contacted me a day before pickup and arrived on time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and both vehicles were clean and in great condition. They provided an SUV for my SUV and a full size sedan for my sedan. Everything was smooth and easy, and I would definitely recommend Enterprise.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall, I had a great experience with Enterprise, and I would especially like to recognize Josh for his outstanding customer service. Josh was incredibly friendly, helpful, and efficient throughout the entire process. He communicated with me promptly, addressed my concerns, and went out of his way to make everything as smooth as possible. I really appreciated his professionalism and willingness to help. There was a minor hiccup initially with a longer-than-expected phone wait time, but I later understood that the team was particularly busy. Aside from that, everything went very well, and my overall experience was very positive. A big thank you to Josh for his excellent service. It truly made a difference!
