- CMCyrus MaJun 20, 20261.0ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE - DO NOT TRUST THEIR "GUARANTEED" BOOKINGS! I am extremely disappointed and furious with Enterprise. I booked a 7-seater car month ago for a critical family road trip, and received a confirmed reservation. Today—less than 24 hours before my rental tomorrow—they called to blindly inform me that they have NO CAR available for me. No alternatives offered, no backup solutions. To make matters worse, I am the ONLY licensed driver for this 7-person trip, meaning splitting into two smaller cars is physically impossible. Their completely unacceptable last-minute cancellation have completely jeopardized our entire family vacation, non-refundable bookings, and activities. This is a blatant breach of consumer trust and terrible corporate management. If you are planning an important trip, DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. They will leave you stranded at the very last minute without blinking an eye. Unprofessional, unreliable, and utterly disgraceful.

Last week, I asked for the regional manager to contact me, and still nothing. I have put far too much time and effort into dealing with a repair issue. I am a very unsatisfied customer. P.S. Someone will reply to this review and say they will look into it. It's not true. Nobody has made an effort to improve the service since the last review I posted.
