  Parth was really helpful throughout my rental. He was easy to deal with, patient, and always willing to help whenever I had a question or needed something. He made the whole experience a lot easier and I really appreciated it. Great customer service from him. Definitely recommend dealing with Parth at Enterprise.

  In spite of what the website lists as accepted payments, they do not accept Visa debit and only would accept a physical credit card (you cannot tap a credit card on your phone). I was told (in person) because I didn't have a Manitoba drivers license, that I would need to provide pay stubs beforehand (my license is from Ontario). Accurately list what is acceptable payment on your website so people don't plan a day around a car rental they cannot pick up.

  Friendly atmosphere and very respectful and professional. I will definitely recommend hiring vehicle from Enterprise. They have big selection of different vehicles.

  My two experiences have been while my vehicle is repaired. The cars I am sure someone would like but a Kia and a Jetta have nothing on my Toyota. That aside their coverage is ridiculous, a $1000 deductible and asking if I want to pay a $11.99 per day to waive it. If on vacation I know where not to rent.

  Worst service. Called them int he morning for reservation of box truck for my business and they made the reservation for 5 ton but after sometime they called me and said that they don't have 5 ton available but they have 3 ton available. So I get it reserved and they ask me come to location to pay for that. When I went there and after 1 hour wait they apologize for not finding a truck key. Very disappointed with the service.
