  Very friendly, accommodating personnel in this location at King Edward location . They rent me an affordable brand new vehicle. I am one of the happy customers. I will rent again. Thank you !

  Would give -5 stars if I could. Imagine going to a steakhouse and ordering a steak a week in advance only for them to tell you "oh we're actually out of steak for a week, bye". That's what the enterprise vehicle rental experience is like. I got screwed out of my moving trip and now have to pay several thousands of dollars for a flight and shipping. Do not use this terrible company because they do not honour reservations at all. Corporate policy is to deliberately overbook their fleets to no limit because they are powered entirely by greed. I booked my car days in advance, wasted money on the Uber there and back because they did not have any cars. The worst part was the false hope, saying "oh you might have a car later today" turned into "check back tomorrow" turned into "how about the next day" and at that point I would not be able to reach my destination in time and I wasted time hoping they might actually respect their customers - the gaslighting is insane. And it's not the local employees fault at all, they're great. It's the terrible company. Do not use Enterprise if you care about your time, money, and patience.

  Exceptional customer service at Enterprise King Edward location. The car I originally reserved was unavailable when I arrived for pickup, but the staff handled it seamlessly by offering me a great selection of options. The vehicle was clean, drove wonderfully, and made the whole rental experience stress-free. Huge thanks to the team for providing such a wonderful experience.
