  Return a car two days after the hail storm in Winnipeg. During said storm we were in Calgary where there was no hail. Sid accused us of hail damage. Manager went to check and said sorry, we were wrong. Sid even went as far as to say “oh it’s all over the roof and hood” ….. was literally dirt. Trying to capitalize on hail damage from locals is CRAZYYY.

  The vehicle was good, and I had higher expectations after seeing it. While I was halfway to my destination, I started to feel a vibration at 100 km/h. It was very subtle, and I thought it was probably the unlevel road surface. I didn't feel it at all while at my destination, except for a slight click whenever I turned left or right. However, on my way back from my place of assignment to Winnipeg, the wheel’s vibration was so intense that I could only drive at 70 - 80 km/h. Hence, the vehicle was a solid machine on the highway, and many of my colleagues envied it. The interior, shape, features, sound system, and the feel when in motion, but I didn't enjoy my commute on the highway. Thank you for your service.

  Went the extra mile in ensuring I had loss of use coverage during multiple claims I had repaired. Made sure to get me a rental truck as opposed to just a sedan or suv despite low inventory. Specific thanks to Madu.
