Booked a rental 2 weeks prior and they cancelled 1 hr before pick up. Very poor customer service, seems like they did not book the car at all. People who work here need to be fired!!! Shame on you enterprise Leila Avenue. Ruin our day.

- HMHaroon MunirJul 18, 20265.0The car was not clean inside, especially the inside of the front windshield, which needed to be cleaned. There was also a noticeable ketchup smell inside the car, as if the previous renter had eaten a sandwich and the vehicle had not been properly cleaned before being rented out again. When I arrived to get the rental car info, One staff member sarcastically said, “You came again at closing time?”, which made me feel unwelcome.. However, another senior staff member went above and beyond to help me. He even helped me get a much better deal. Initially, I was told the rental would cost CAD 110, but the senior staff member advised me to book online through any website and simply provide him with the confirmation number. He then honored the same online rate. I truly appreciate his professionalism, honesty, and willingness to help. He provided excellent customer service, and I am very grateful for his assistance. Sorry, I don't know your name; otherwise, I would have definitely mentioned you personally. These five stars are for your outstanding service and the help you provided. Thank you again for going above and beyond, I truly appreciate it.
