I never really had any issues with the King Edward or Airport locations before. The vehicle was very dirty when I picked it up and there was also previous damage and many window chips. When I dropped it off, they called me to ask me why there was damage!? How would I know!? I did receive $70 off the rental for the inconvenience(s).
