Forgot a couple wedding cards in the vehicle and tried calling and there was no answer, while I was still at my gate in YWG before my flight left as I didn't have enough time to go out and then back through security before my flight left. I called once I landed back in YYZ and couldn't reach someone. I finally got through to someone while driving home and they told me the vehicle has been rented out already and their Lost and Found department is closed for the day. Kept trying to call for a follow up and either no answer, or they say they'll look into it and never get a call back.

But I left some personal items in the glovebox , I called the same day we dropped the car off and apparently they had already rented it out again. They never answer calls, or emails. Tried calling from both me, my fiance and mother's phone and no answer anytime during the day or evening. It's been 3 weeks and I have not heard a single thing back. Customer service here is terrible.
