- HRHoward Robertson5 days ago5.0Picking up my rental car was fast and easy, almost too easy as I had to ask a few questions about getting out of the parking lot. Car was clean and full of gas,as it should be. The return process was simple and fast with great people.
- EFEmily FJun 29, 20265.0Wonderful experience. We booked through Costco and had no trouble picking up, we also rented a toddler car seat and it was clean and easy to install. The car was wonderful as well, we rented a Chrysler minivan and it was perfect for our needs. Our flight was so badly delayed, but the man who helped us (Jeremy, I think?) stayed until 2am to help us when he didn’t have to and he was so kind. I can’t say how appreciative I am. 15/10 service.

On the return, Mo was absolutely fantastic so funny, personable, and clear as he walked us through the drop off process. Exceptional customer service from both of them. Highly recommend Alamo!

Today, when I called to confirm, I wanted to ask if everything was alright, as we were calling from Winnipeg. The woman on the other end of the phone didn't know that Winnipeg is a city in Canada. She asked us which country we were calling from. It's understandable that not everyone has the necessary education, that's normal. Then we realized she'd never even heard of the province of Manitoba. That was the funny part. The sad part was that when we wanted to pick up the car at the airport, she gave us a different address. She asked for and changed our payment method several times. We canceled, saying we didn't want to waste our time. It was completely unprofessional.
