  Title: Updated: Great effort to resolve the issue, but a rough start ​Original experience (1 Star): I booked a reservation two weeks in advance, but received a call less than 24 hours before I needed the vehicle letting me know they didn't have a car for me. Because of the last-minute notice, I had to secure an expensive alternative on short notice. ​Update (3 Stars): Shortly after, the Enterprise team reached out, apologized sincerely, and made genuine efforts to accommodate me—even after I no longer needed the vehicle. While the initial cancellation caused a major inconvenience and extra expense, I really appreciate their staff stepping up to take responsibility and try to make things right.

  I had a great experience renting from Enterprise in Thompson, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mehedi for the excellent service. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything quick and smooth, explained all the details clearly, and ensured I got the right vehicle for my needs. The car was clean, well-maintained, and ready on time, which made the whole experience stress-free. Mehedi went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and comfortable with the rental. Overall, I’m really impressed with the customer service at this location and would definitely recommend Enterprise Thompson to anyone looking for a reliable rental service.
