- ILIan LaplanteJul 22, 20263.0Title: Updated: Great effort to resolve the issue, but a rough start Original experience (1 Star): I booked a reservation two weeks in advance, but received a call less than 24 hours before I needed the vehicle letting me know they didn't have a car for me. Because of the last-minute notice, I had to secure an expensive alternative on short notice. Update (3 Stars): Shortly after, the Enterprise team reached out, apologized sincerely, and made genuine efforts to accommodate me—even after I no longer needed the vehicle. While the initial cancellation caused a major inconvenience and extra expense, I really appreciate their staff stepping up to take responsibility and try to make things right.
