My husband ordered a tire to put on a tractor of his and when he brought the tractor there to have it put on they gave him a price of 875 dollars installed. He also told them he wanted the old tire and tube back. When he went to pick up the tractor and pay there was an installation charge of 100dollars added on and a charge for a new tube of a 122 dollars. My husband assumed it was all included in the 875. When he got the old tire and tube back they were damaged as well. When you get a price for a tire the price should include everything all in. Especially tractor tires because you can't put a tire on a tractor without a tube. My husband will not evergo back there.

Had an emergency with a tire needing a patch, they got me in as quick as possible and were really kind and understanding. The person fixing my tire did a great job, I called back later when I realized I didn't ask how the internals looked after I had to drove it a little ways to the shop and they answered my questions and assured me the internal walls of the tire looked good. Very good experience.

Goodyear, should be called Greatyear! Sam, Murray and Jack are very knowledgeable and don't like to surprise the client. If it has to be done they let you know, that you really should do it. Towards Service they have always provided me with honesty and integrity. Thanks again guys for stepping up where another shop was unwilling to!
