Staff that claim to be “the manager” need to be trained in how to speak to customers professionally. After sitting in the closed car, I asked when they were going to start the oil change…..because no one was around the car, or on the cameras under the car. I was told it had only been 15 minutes and they were draining the oil, which was not evident on the camera from what I could see.
Maybe starting with you can wait outside of the bay 1st instead of telling me no I can’t have my keys until the service is complete would have de escalated the situation.
When I questioned the attitude , I got a smirk and more attitude, he followed me out of the bay and I had to ask him to walk away as his body language was making me more angry which also made him smile.
Customer service is hard, you need to know how to talk to people.
When the service was complete I asked for a printed receipt and was told they don’t provide paper copies. He had me confirm my email, to receive the receipt but no receipt was issued.
My last oil change was at GC on main st in Wpg, they dont take your keys but they can have my business any day.

Employees didn’t show much hustle at all. Waited a while in front of the door, then was told to move because the car in the bay next to me arrived earlier. What a great opportunity to turn around and not come back.

I went in today for an oil change. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough. They checked and topped up all my fluids, lights, battery and replaced my air filters too and also had recommendations regarding my coolant, transfer case, and front and rear differential fluid levels. The only thing they didn't check was my tire pressure. It was costly but I had an online coupon. I went for the full synthetic oil change as was recommended for mileage for my vehicle and I'm happy with that. I would definitely go back!
