  We took my wires car in for an estimate for some front end damage and the staff were fantastic, very professional and very polite. They took the car to do the estimate and before they gave it back they washed it. They ordered the parts and within a week the car was in for repair. A few days later they had it ready for us to pick up. Again they cleaned the car inside and out. They went above and beyond. A huge thanks to Boyd. If need be they will definitely get our business again. Thanks to all the staff at Boyd Autobody and glass.

  Had some body work done to my vehicle, John was very good at keeping me up to date on the process of everything, the work could not be told apart from the factory finish. Overall very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend to anyone!

  Mixed feelings about my experience with Boyd. The work I asked them to do, they did well. However, there was other blatently obvious work that needed to be done. I didn't specifically request this additional work, but didn't decline it either. Highly disappointed that my vehicle sat in thier shop for three weeks, with experienced technicians walking by it several times a day, and it never occured to anyone to think, maybe we should call the owner about this because its going to look like crap. When I asked them about it, they double-downed on the "you didn't ask for it and it wasn't part of the quote" defence. The quote was undecypherable to a non tradesman. End result was I went Gmiterek in Beausejour to finish the job, and they were excellent. And much cheaper. One year follow up. I had them repair some rust spots. 1 year later the paint work was bubbling thru. Sorry, no warrantee on rust repair they say. So they let me spend $10K to perform work they knew wouldnt last, nice. I dont understand the high reviews as my experience was completly the opposite. I have to wonder if they're fake. My advice, do NOT use Boyd in Steinbach.
