  They were quick, efficient and provided me with additional maintenance feedback which I appreciated! I would absolutely recommend to visit this location! They’re also open earlier than any of the other shops and that was a major plus for getting things addressed before starting work! Thank you, Vine Hill location!

  I actually had an amazing experience this time, CJ and Lance were the guys I interacted with although others were working on the car itself. Super kind, super supportive to whatever I wanted to do that day and didn't push any extra services on me that I didn't want, although they offered and provided free inspections, showing me the cabin and engine air filters so I could see and judge for myself if I wanted them changed. I did, they had all the parts and the oil I liked, and worked very efficiently. Anyway, great experience I hope their hard work ethic is recognized by the company and just wanted to extend my thanks to the crew. They also filled my tires for free which was appreciated.

  Dominique and CJ changed my oil today and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable. I don’t like going to drive through places because I don’t like feeling like a number but my experience was nothing like that. These guys are great and their customer service was excellent. I am coming back for sure. Thank you Dominique and CJ

  I always have a great experience at Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The team consistently takes good care of me, and my car has been running super smooth since coming here. During my visit today, they even took the time to ask if I was subscribed for coupons, which helped me get 10% off additional services—really appreciated that extra effort. Everyone at the Martinez location is always courteous, professional, and mindful. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want reliable and friendly service.

  I am so impressed with the Valvoline team of employees as well as the manager! I had never been there before & had looked them up due to their reputation. From the very beginning, I felt like I was being well taken care of. Jonathan, who was my Service Attendant, went through a step-by-step process & when I had questions, he patiently explained them to me. It was a seamless process from start to finish! I was in and out of there in 15 or so minutes. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, was very thorough and just a really good guy! Valvoline has so many good Reviews because it’s a well oiled machine that someone put a lot of thought into how making the customer’s experience a really, really good one. Thank you Jonathan, Lance and the other guys who made my experience top notch!
