From the moment I pulled in, the team was professional, efficient, and genuinely focused on doing the job right-not rushing, not upselling nonsense, and not cutting corners. Every step was clearly explained, they double-checked their work, and the crew communicated well with each other the entire time. What stood out most was the attention to detail and respect for the customer. They treated my vehicle like it mattered and treated me like a person, not a number in line. That combination is rare. Sophia was friendly and engaged, asked me what services I wanted, didn’t pressure me to do more than I wanted. The technician discovered that I was also down about 2 quarts of coolant and commented that there was a little bit of oil coming from the drain plug (she advised me due to liability they don’t remove the plug to drain oil). I had them add coolant since I was there already. In and out in about 15 minutes. A professionally run business! Thanks for the great service.
