Sophiya was particularly welcoming and friendly and demonstrated professional yet familiar interaction with her crew, which makes the whole experience comfortable. Sophiya went through the service checklist thoroughly and efficiently. The crew performed 3-way communication when giving direction to each other about vehicle starts, movements, and the like clearly keeping safety in mind as they performed their work. The store/service area was clean and accommodating.
