  Can not recommend this place enough, Zack Is the man! He took care of me multiple times already and is always great at communicating what the trailer needs and what was done to it. Big Tex trailer world in Martinez has my business forever!

  I had the pleasure of working with Zack, the new store manager, as well as Reuben, the sales rep. Zack went above and beyond and was incredibly helpful. I am looking forward to future business with this location based on the employees working there. Wishing you guys the best. Michael

  Ok so my husband and I had the great idea of starting a hot shot trucking business and we started looking around and calling EVERYWHERE to get a trailer. I mean my husband was willing to drive across the country. And then he found Ruben!!! We drove 5 hrs from Humboldt and it was ABSOLUTELY worth it. My husband knows im BIG on customer service. like I will dead a deal if it don’t feel right in a min. Long drive or not. When we arrived they were busy helping other people but EVERYONE acknowledged the new faces in the room with a smile. (immediately was comfortable) The trailer was exactly what my husband wanted. Then it came time to hook it up!!! (Dun dun duuuunnnnnnn) the truck and trailer start having a hard time communicating and the left turn light wasn’t working properly. And im NOT getting on the road with a trailer this big and the lights not working. It’s like 3:45pm at this point and now things are feeling tight. Ruben, Zack and Michael not only helped us find blown fuses (shout out to the tall people who can look under the hood of the truck without climbing on it) but Zack and Michael got under and helped us change out the trailer plug and tossed in the plug. We pulled off with a beautiful 2025 Big Tex trailer with dovetail and Mega Ramps! They have everything you need! And will go above and beyond to get you on the road! Definitely worth the drive and for sure will be doing ALL further purchases along these lines with them! If ur in the reviews it means ur looking around! Stop! Call them! You won’t be disappointed!

  Was on my way to a different trailer place about an hour away and I had bought a dump trailer here before. I was just going to stop by and take a quick look. Zack kindly helped me out and actually got a really nice trailer for a really good price, the team was excellent to work with. They had me in and out. Good job guys really appreciate it look forward to the next one

  Two Words: Customer Service. That’s what describes my recent experience at Big Tex Trailer World in Martinez. I had a trip planned that I was very close to cancelling, as I needed some work done on the suspension on my Ranger Trail trailer. I called Zach, the manager, at 8am and explained my situation, what I thought I needed done, and the time crunch I was in… expecting the brush-off for a new random customer asking for help ASAP, Zach said, “Bring it in, and let’s see what we can do.” Mitchell, the head mechanic, was excellent—he quickly figured out the fix and did it perfectly in under an hour. The price was very competitive, and the guys were awesome, friendly, and easy to deal with. No need to look any further—if you need service done on your trailer, Big Tex Trailer World in Martinez is the place.
