I came in to purchase a car battery and asked if someone could assist me with installing it. There were two employees present and no other customers in the store, yet both refused to help. Their refusal left me stranded and without any support, despite AutoZone’s advertised assistance with battery replacement. This experience was extremely frustrating and reflects poor customer service. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers do not encounter the same situation.

On my most recent visit Matt & Jerry went out of their way to help me find a way to repair my Acura oil drain pan with an oversized self threading plug. It was stripped by a local oil quick change place that totally denied touching it. I was successful & saved a lot of $ & time not having to replace the oil pan. Thankful that they are close to home, will definitely shop here again.

He's not the one who helped me when I picked them up, but he did greet me. A few hours later I had to bring back the bulbs because I thought they were the wrong ones. Jerry not only remembered me, but he wanted to make sure that I didn't mistakenly get the wrong part twice, so he went out to my Jeep with me so we could confirm the problem. We figured out that my bright light was not connected, and he walked me through how to change my headlights. Not only did he help with my lights, but my check engine light was on- he was able to assist with figuring out what was causing that and looked up the part I'd need to fix it. Super grateful for all of Jerry's help today. I'll be sure to always recommend this AutoZone location and have them ask for Jerry.
