  Called over the phone and asked if I could use the vacuum alone due to the weather and they said that option would be available for purchase which is completely fine. I drove 20 minutes to the location and staff tells me I’d have to buy a wash in order to use the vacuums which is the opposite of what they told me on the phone. Not on the staff from this location, they were very kind but associates over the phone need to know what they can and can’t advertise when helping customers. Waste of time and gas.

  The older lady with white hair always has an attitude shaking her head like ur doing something wrong get a real job retire already stop with the non sense marina location don’t ever spray my window when my dog is barking antagonizing him who do u think u are u got problems

  Read the low reviews. We “joined” when they first opened and added 3 vehicles. The cleaning quality has diminished. I’d be cautious of paying for the top car wash here. We’ve had problems with the tire cleaner actually working. We have three vehicles registered here and noticed the past few weeks the tires weren’t cleaned or “dressed” as have been in the past. Spoke to someone in person at the office station, they said that they just ran their car through and it worked fine? I let her know that I just ran mine through as well and it didn’t work at all. Paying for top service which includes a ceramic wax? If you’re not getting the tire clean, are you even getting the ceramic wax? Maybe just paying top dollar for nothing? Last week I called customer service for Quack, they said they would look into this & get back to me. So far nothing has been addressed.

  Stay far away! If their equipment causes damage to your vehicle they will do an internal report to placate you in the moment but will deny any liability and give you no recourse to contact or appeal. On Wednesday November 26, 2025 (unbeknownst to me) the vehicle in front of me came off their conveyor system. The conveyor kept moving until my car struck the back of the other car. At the time I could see nothing because the windshield was covered in soap. After shutting the equipment down an employee assisted me with backing out of the car wash then said they were going to do an incident report, took photos of my and the other vehicle and our information. I was told multiple times a manager would call me. Cut to a few business days later and I get a canned denial response in my inbox. I tried to call the store but the only phone number is an 888 call center where the person advised me there was nothing they can do and told me to go to the store. I went back and of course no manager or supervisor on duty, left my information again and was told they'd call me back which they have not. The email address that sent the denial does not respond to emails. I will never use Quick Quack Car Wash again at Marina or any other location and will tell everyone I know to stay away.
