  This car wash usually does a good job of cleaning my car, but on this day the wash somehow missed a chunk of bird poop on the rear area of the roof of my vehicle.

  DO NOT TRUST - Damaged Car & Zero Accountability I am writing this to warn anyone who cares about their vehicle’s paint. I took my car to Quick Quack Car Wash, and it came out with significant damage to the paint on both the roof and the trunk door. Following their specific "incident protocol," I filed a formal claim immediately. It quickly became clear that this process is a total sham. They sent a generic, cookie-cutter denial letter that looked like a copy-paste job they send to everyone. They clearly have no intention of actually investigating damage caused by their equipment; they just use the "incident report" to waste your time and hope you go away. Current Status of My Dispute: Small Claims Court: I am currently in the process of escalating this to a small claims lawsuit. Regulatory Reports: I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Legal Counsel: My attorney has been notified to handle their refusal to take responsibility. Video Evidence: I will be posting video footage of the damage to my car on social media to show exactly what their brushes did to my paint. Save yourself the headache and the repair bills. This place is a scam that hides behind automated denial letters while destroying customers' property. Avoid at all costs.
