    Haven’t returned car yet but Kyle and Matt were both super helpful and cheery upon pickup and helped me get on my way; seemed genuinely interested in being useful to people who need to rent a car :)

    Kyle at the Marina del Rey office was fantastic! Very efficient, very friendly,, and very personable. He really seemed to be in to his job, which was refreshing to see. Thank you again Kyle!

    I had a terrible experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Marina del Rey. I used my debit card, but the staff processed it as a credit card, which resulted in unauthorized funds being taken out of my bank account. When I tried to get it fixed, no one took responsibility. Instead, I was given the runaround, told different things by different employees, and even lied to about what happened. No one seemed interested in correcting their mistake. Very unprofessional and incompetent service. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Now I have to spend money on legal representation just to get my money back SMH
