  From the moment that I entered the sales area, I was greeted by Sam and told him what I was looking for in a vehicle. Sam gladly assisted me test driving the 2 vehicles I was looking at. Sam did not pressure me at anytime and after making my decision, the time from then on did seem to fly by! I love my Kia Sportage!! So glad for my purchase! Financing was a breeze also! Way to go Kia Country!

  Best Kia dealership in my area. Great staff, they're very friendly & professional. I had a recall on my Soul GT. They got the work done were very accommodating when I had to reschedule a couple of times due to circumstances, they made me feel taken care of. I will be taking my car there again if I need anything done. If u like friendly service & really good quality work done on ur Kia then bring it out to Kia Country in Manteca 👍😊

  Needed to set appointment for brakes and check into a couple possible warranty issues. I’m actually not local to Manteca. My local store was a month and a half out to set an appointment for Service. So I called Kia country where I purchased the vehicle and they set me up an appointment about one week out which was great. I spoke with the service manager, Mike Zamora. I arrived for my appointment. met with Michael, who was very professional and friendly. He reaffirmed my concerns. They diagnosed the situation, presented me with an estimate for the brakes that was acceptable and sent the warranty issues to Kia for approval. Brakes were replaced in a timely manner and I picked up my car. I will be notified when the warranty parts are in. Excellent Communication I will highly recommend Kia Country, Micheal and the entire staff. For me definitely worth the almost 2 hour drive.

  I recently had to get one of my low beam headlight bulbs replaced. Kia Country was able to take care of this as a "walk-in" and was not charged the "pink tax". They were able to solve my problem quickly and made me feel more like a wanted customer instead of an open wallet. I will definitely be giving them more of my business in the future.

  This is the worst dealership I have ever been to in my entire life. They openly discriminate against you if they feel like you won’t give them the deal THEY want. They went into their back office and falsified documents to try and cut themselves more pay. They lied to me and told me that it was illegal to buy a car there if I wasn’t a California resident. Which is not true, in no way is it illegal to buy yourself a car anywhere in the US as a citizen of the United States. I was spoken to with such disrespect and told to be quiet even. I cannot believe that I walked in with money in my pocket ready to buy a car and had to leave with nothing because of how rude and shady these guys were I could not even give them my business.
