  Safety Hazard – Avoid This Location at All Costs ​I strongly advise staying away from this rental office. I usually rent from Tracy Enterprises and expect a certain level of professionalism, but this place is a disaster. ​False Advertising: Their website allows you to reserve premium luxury SUVs that they don’t even carry in their fleet. I was left with no option but to take Full size premium SUV just to stay on schedule which is not mt requirement for the rental. ​Filthy Condition: The car was covered in dust, and even after two "washes," it was returned with dirty streaks. The interior was worse: oil stains on seat, cement stains on the roof, and sticky candy residue. ​Severe Safety Risks: On the highway, the car vibrated violently, and the brakes felt unstable. The next morning, I found oil drops at the parking place . Upon opening the hood, I discovered the engine oil cap was missing and sitting on the side. Oil had sprayed everywhere, causing the smoke i noticed for second. You can easily see the oily and dusty parts separated due to oil spray. Even i found a old oil container cap inside which can easily fall to moving parts and cause damage while driving. ​Driving this vehicle was a massive fire risk. This level of negligence is life-threatening. They are playing with customers' lives by not inspecting their vehicles. Never again. Save yourself the trouble and the danger—rent elsewhere.

  I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Enterprise location today. I reserved a standard SUV several weeks in advance for a family Disneyland trip. I purposely booked early to avoid any last-minute issues. When I arrived, there were already several customers in the lobby upset about vehicle availability, which should have been my first warning sign. When it was my turn, I was told that my SUV reservation would not be honored and that I would be “lucky” to get a sedan instead — at the same price. The only explanation given was that it was spring break. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of customer service. There was no apology and no attempt to resolve the issue. Instead, I was handed a card with phone numbers for other Enterprise locations and told to call around myself. This defeats the entire purpose of making a reservation. Planning a family vacation already takes time and coordination. I did everything correctly by booking weeks in advance, yet this location still failed to provide the vehicle that was confirmed. Fortunately, the Enterprise location on N. Hunter in Stockton was able to help me secure an SUV at the last minute. Unfortunately, it ended up costing nearly double the price compared to my original reservation. Reservations should mean something. If a location cannot honor them, customers deserve transparency, accountability, and assistance finding a solution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
