I rarely go there because the restroom has been out of service for years. YEARS! Not an exaggeration. I’m an older male and the lack of restroom facilities is inexcusable. Not just for me but all customers. The only thing worse is their indifference in getting it repaired or opening it to the customers. You can’t tell me all the staff that works there doesn’t have a restroom to use. This location has lost my business over the years just for this reason, and I own 4 vehicles.

Once the most recent service was done and $360 dollars later, I found my truck parked in a parking spot with the driver side window all the way down during rainy weather and my key in the driver side cupholder available for anyone to take and drive away with. Lack of common sense overshadowed the work that was done. Guess I have to go somewhere else now. Too bad.
