- ASAshley ShawDec 27, 20254.0Quick quack is the only drive through car wash i use, specifically this Quick Quack. My selling points being the availability of towels for wipe down and they still spray my back window before wash. this location is only 7 minutes from my job. It being 20 minutes from my house is the only reason i haven’t committed to the monthly membership. their was options are rather pricey and I’m unsure how to use their rain guarantee since they’ve never even offered me a receipt. They normally spray my back window(they didn’t this time). Mister’s refusal to spray the back window is why i stopped going there. My only negatives are that the only way out of the vacuum area is the same way cars are trying to exit the car wash, the vacuum area is tight. i don’t feel like i can fully open my doors if there’s a car parked next to me. The side to enter the car wash has 3 check in spots and is very open, while the vacuum side is basically single aisle. Today while i was there the vacuum are was extremely busy. Cars trying to pull in at the same time others are trying to back out and leave. Very messy while there was zero cars at the check in. The whole location seems like it’s set up backwards. BUTT the man who i assume was the manager came out before anything got too messy and was directing people where and when to go. was parking people in the 3 waiting spots and making sure everyone went in order

I asked them about a touchless wash, and even though they don't have one, they still said they guarantee that if any damage occurs, they will be responsible. Later, they flatly refused and said there had been a miscommunication. Their staff is very rude. The manager doesn't know how to deal with customers professionally.
