I have the monthly unlimited car wash and haven’t had any trouble yet. It’s convenient and cheap. Always leaves my car shinning. The only complaint i have is sometimes i go and there is longer wait times due to staff not enforcing the rules. There is two lanes, one for monthly paying customers (fast pass) and the other lane for people who are paying per wash. This makes my trips longer and doesn’t give me what i paid for, considering i should have priority.
