  I scheduled a service appt for my wife’s car for a recall: easy. I called to confirm my appt and spoke with Jacob. While confirming the reason for the visit, he asked me for the VIN. Turns out my wife’s vehicle had at least 5 recalls, lol. Jacob rescheduled the appt to give them time to obtain the “additional” parts needed: easy and next date was quick! I got the vehicle in and wait time was not even 5 minutes after I pulled up to the service dept. Austin was there to greet me and told me the vehicle actually had 7 recalls.😂 Although one didn’t apply because it was regarding an update for a nonexistent tow hitch, lol: again, easy. He offered to have someone give me a ride home as the vehicle would have to be there for about “4-5” hours. I pleasantly declined because I wanted to go for a nice walk (I’m only less than a 2 minute drive away). I got a call from Austin within the given time frame and it was actually closer to 4 hours. Picking up my wife’s vehicle was smooth and easy. At the beginning and end of the service visit Austin told me what was going to be done and was done to the vehicle and assured me there was no charge both times. He even offered to have the vehicle brought to me. I like to “get my steps in”, so again I declined, lol. I received nothing but excellent customer service at Kia Country. You just don’t find much of that kind of service anywhere anymore. Especially from a dealer’s service dept. I’ve been to quite a few where the staff are just “blah”. Thank you and excellent job to Austin and Jacob.👍🏻👍🏻

  Probably the most comfortable new car buying experience in my 67 years of life. No pressure if you don't qualify for a loan you don't they don't waste your time they give you suggestions how to get to where you need to be so you can get the car you want, no haggling, no after sale jerking around with finance... If I ever buy another new car I'm totally going back to these people say hi to Saul when you see him in sales and ask the finance manager about Walt's office!
