  We are delighted with this dealership. Chris, our sales guy was very accommodating and has d right personality for the job. We got d deal we are comfortable with. Not pushy. Informative. Answered all our questions. Everybody was hospitable and respectful. Thank you Kia Country. You have 3 years til our lease contract ends and for Kia to come up with a competitive priced 500-mile range EV minivan that will make us buy one for sure! :)

  First time around I didn’t have the best experience. But this time around. The service was good. Micheal did a good job of taking care of use. Although there was a bit of delay on getting out car back I’m satisfied with the service. Just hoping the issue is fully resolved.

  I went in with pre approved financing through a credit union I have had a good experience with on a previous car loan. When I sat down with the finance guy Shawn, he said he found a better rate through another CU. I told him I wanted to stay with my pre approved CU. I saw the next day after purchasing the car that the DMV had the CU with a lower rate listed as the lien holder. I called Shawn and he said he would get it changed. I left a message for him a few days later to see if he had corrected the document and I never heard back from him. A few days later I was contacted by my preferred CU and they said there were several docs that listed the other CU including the DMV lien holder doc that would have to be corrected. My preferred CU is contacting Kia Country to get these things corrected. The day after I drove the new car home I noticed that the tire pressure display was showing 51 lbs in all 4 tires. I immediately drove back to Kia. I got out of the car and was looking at the tires and saw that it said MAX pressure is 51 lbs. You never drive with pressure at MAX, it's dangerous. My sales person Sam came out and saw the display in the car showing 51 lbs. I told him that the tire sidewall say MAX pressure is 51 lbs. He looked at the sticker inside the door and said the pressure should be 34 lbs or something like that. He suggested that I drive across town to Les Schwab to get it fixed. Can you believe that! He showed no concern for how this happened. I went in a few days later and asked Sam and another sales person or manager that was there what they found out about how my tires ended up inflated to MAX pressure. They looked at me quizzically. They hadn't investigated at all. I told them that this could be happening to other customers and they should check into it. I told them to call me and let me know what they find. I've never heard back from them. Until I know how my tires got inflated to MAX pressure I wouldn't trust them to service my car or even wash it!! I wouldn't recommend Kia Country to anyone and if you have purchased a car there recently, I suggest you check your tire pressure!
